gnats-adm/gnatsd.conf controls what HOSTS can access gnats and what the
default access level is for those hosts:
192.168.1.14:view:
Or if you want every host on your subnet to have access:
192.168.*:view:
gnats-adm/gnatsd.access controls access level for individual users:
alpesht:password:edit
