As a norwegian, it might interest you to know that I'm using Opera.

But this change will affect all other pages as well :-(

Anyway, it didn't help. I changed Opera settings without success. Then
I started Netscape and found that it behaves just as Opera. Whether I
have the "every time" option set or not, I have to reload the page.
