gnatsweb problems

I'm trying to install gnatsweb without much success.  Can anyone explain
wht's going wrong.  TIA, Frank

When I do the 'make test ...' I get the following:

Line 2200 of gnatsweb.pl is the 'print $q->header(@_);' in the print_header function.
