Gnatsweb 2.8.2 + Netscape 4.75 = doesn't work

Hi,

I just installed GNATS 3.113.1 and Gnatsweb 2.8.2, and it
works fine with Mozilla 0.9.2, but Netscape 4.75 usually
can't get past the login screen. 

9 times out of 10 it redirects back to the login page when I
clock 'login'.  Sometimes it also displays the `Hold on...
Redirecting...' page, which is no help at all, and very
rarely it actually works. 

This is exactly the behaviour I observe when using lynx. 

Since there a still a lot of users who have Netscape 4.75,
is there any way to get Gnatsweb to work with all browsers?
