I've installed GNATS 3.113.1, and I'm installing Gnatsweb 2.8.2 with CGI.pm 
2.76.  I appear to be having a configuration problem.  When I run make test 
(with user, etc), I get an error from gnatsweb.pl at line 2198 where it says 
that it can't call the header method on an undefined value.  Any ideas what 
might cause the value to be undefined?  I've made sure httpd is running and 
that /etc/gnats-db.conf is set up correctly, and the database has plenty of 
entries.
