Sending a problem report

Hi,

my Gnats database is behind a firewall and therefore nobody can connect to
it from the outside. Is there an Interface available that people can fill
out a bug report and send it to the bug email address? There is not really a
need to query the database from outside. I can send an email that is
formatted like send-pr to the bug email address and it works fine. But it
would be nice to have an Interface for it.
