Batch changes?

Is there any facility in gnats to support batch changes?

For example, if a developer leaves and I need to reassign the 100 bugs
in
his queue.  Or we decide we don't have the resources to bring feature x
up
to a releaseable state, I might want to set all the bugs in that
category to
postponed.  

I can't find a trivial way to make changes to a number of similar bugs
in gnats 3.113.
