Hi, this is a student from China. I am wrting this email hoping that I
can get some help.

 

I am a biology major and I need to use the COBRA Toolbox in Matlab. So I
was tring to download and install the glpk following the guide. I did
the everthing step by step. However, when I tested it, there were some
errors and I guess I failed. I was so confused and don’t know what to
do. Following are the results I get after I typed the "glpktest1" at the
Matlab command prompt. And I tried the  "glpktest2" but just get the
same result.

 

>> glpktest1

LP problem

??? Error using ==> Inf

Too many input arguments.

 

Error in ==> C:\MATLAB6p5\toolbox\glpkmex\glpk.m

On line 417  ==>     if (isempty(ub))

 

Error in ==> C:\MATLAB6p5\toolbox\glpkmex\glpktest1.m

On line 21  ==>
[xmin,fmin,status,extra]=glpk(c,a,b,lb,ub,ctype,vartype,s,param)

 

By the way, I downloaded the glpkmex from sourceforge. It seems that the
file I download is alright. I really hope you can help me by telling me
why I get the errors and what should I do.
