Hi Heinrich,

Looking further into the issue I think I am seeing a memory leak in the
GLPK tempfile creation.

Every tempfile creates a 4K page table memory leak which accumulates and
results in insufficient memory space.

Hence I don't think it is an existing file conflict. I will investigate
further and post if I find a solution.
