The Debian package for iodbc is about to change the location of iodbc
includes (previously they were in /usr/include, now they will be
in /usr/include/iodbc).

There is therefore the need for glpk to give the corresponding -I flag
to the compiler. The best way seems to call "iodbc-config --cflags",
which will return the correct flags in all cases.

I have therefore applied the attached patch to the Debian package for
glpk. Please consider it for inclusion in the next release.
