Did you install gmp? What's the version?

Get the latest version 5.0.5 from here
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gmp/

I just downloaded it and installed it in my Mac OS X.

Now, I did

./configure --with-gmp --enable-odbc --enable-dl

make
make check
make install

Here's the logs (below). It is installed properly.
