[Bug-glpk] Fieldnames in table statements

Hello Andrew,

glpk-4.45/doc/gmpl.pdf does not specify what will be considered
an allowable fieldname for the table statement.

This led to some user confusion (see thread starting at
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/help-glpk/2010-09/msg00056.html
).

Currently a fieldname must be built LIKE a symbolic name as defined in
chapter 2.1. But it does not need to be unique.

In message
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/help-glpk/2010-09/msg00060.html
I suggested that it might be helpful to allow string literals to be
used as fieldnames. This patch did not make it into GLPK 4.45.

Could you, please, update the documentation and possibly consider
the patch for inclusion into the next release.

Best regards
