Hello Andrew and fellow API users

About 6 weeks ago, I posted a bug report (the first
part is quoted below) describing some configure and
build problems I was having with 4.28.

I just configured, compiled, and tested 4.29, as
shown, without incident:

  $ ./configure --disable-dl --with-gmp

Judging from the configure help message for 4.29, the
"--disable-dl" option is now redundant.

For the record, my system is Linux 2.6.17 / i686 (Intel
Celeron) / Ubuntu GNU/Linux 6.10 (edgy) x86 released
Oct-2006 and my compiler is g++ (GCC) 4.1.2.

I also have a couple of observations regarding the long
configure help message, displayed using option "--help".

Under 'Optional Features', I was not sure exactly what
"[=PKGS]" referred to. Perhaps a one line explanation
would be useful. In addition, the same information is
reported by both "--help=short" and "--help=recursive",
probably not what is intended.

These comments aside, the configure help screen is very
clear and informative.

Many thanks to Andrew for developing and maintaining
GLPK and for his invariably prompt, succinct, and
generous support. Very much appreciated.

best regards to all
Robbie
