Here is an updated version of the java interface (jni) for glpk 4.0
(please see the attachment) where two previously reported bugs are
fixed. It is intended to replace the content of the subdirectory
glpk-4.0/contrib/java-binding/.

If you are not using jni, you do not need to update anything, because
jni is not used by other components of glpk.
