I'd have to edit my hack to turn it into a patch, but one thing I
discovered is that only gtags(1) can generate the tags, but gtags.el
works by calling global(1).

Choices:

1) Add gtags-command to gtags.el ?
2) Extend global(1) to perform gtags(1) ?

I suspect adding gtags-command to gtags.el is probably the most
straightforward thing to do.
