OK.
Basically plug-in parsers should be made by the users
of GLOBAL; GLOBAL is only the infrastructure, I think.
Anyway, thank you for the patch. It will become great 
help for many people.

Sorry I did not get what you needed.

Anyway, I give up to generate plugin parser of the languages
from my patch so far, as it needs patched libutil/token.c and
several files in GLOBAL.

I will try to do so however it will take time.
