However, in this _expression_, nobody understand what is meant.

I'm going to replace the above-mentioned description as follows:

o callees search: given a `tag' name, lists all definition tags called

  in its definition.

o callers search: given a `tag' name, lists all definition tags that

  call/reference it.

These functions requires 'Recognition of the range of procedures'.

The original request doesn't include much info other than the subject
line. Personally I haven't these features before. But my understanding
seems to be:

1. callees search:: given a `tag' name, lists all definition tags called
   in its definition

2. callers search:: given a `tag' name, lists all definition tags that
   call/reference it.
