If you re-generated C-source(*.c) from Lex-source(*.l) using flex-2.5.35,
the message

using flex-2.5.4 included in the GLOBAL distribution.
Would you try the following commands?
cd global-6.2.x
flex -o libparser/php.c libparser/php.l
./configure
make
make install
