Ghostcript bug with special pdf?

I have this pdf that Chrome and Firefox can open no Problem but gs Fails with this command

 

gs -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -o new.pdf DCS_1_Organisation_and_Introduction_to_Computer_Controlled_Systems.pdf
