Ghostscript compilation on Digital Unix 4.0F

Hello,
 
i got this failure compiling code (see later).
I've tried it with the ready made makefile (ln -s src/unixansi.mak makefile),
and with the auto configuration (./configure),
as described in the helpfiles.
I've also tried with different ghostsript releases and zlib releases,
 
I've found 3 entries at www.google.at, but without solution.
Therefore I need your help, please!
 
UNIX: True 64 (Digital) UNIX 4.0F (probably fixed from 4.0D)
