If you are a free user with a technical problem please follow the directions
below. Due to the high volume of free user email we receive we will not be
able to individually answer each email.
Free User Help Guide
1.Check the status page for any updates that could effect your access. The URL
is http://www.yottanews.com/status.html
2.Re-send you login information by filling in the form at
http://www.yottanews.com:8080/freeaccount.php
3.Make sure you have not exceeded your download limit
4.Make sure you have the correct server name
5.Make sure you have the correct user name and password
6.Make sure you have configured your news client to use one connection (Outlook
Express will not work with one connection)
If everything above is correct and you still are having problems you can ask
for help in the newsgroup yottanews.support. This is a community supported
help center. If you have a question post your question, if you have an answer
post your answer and help someone else.
