Details:

When having self-closing jsx tags, xgettext cannot parse all string for
translation.

`/usr/bin/xgettext --output=- --language=JavaScript --keyword=
--keyword=ngettext:1,2,3t reproducer.jsx`

does not find any string for translation. When I remove the first `Foo` class
(or just the `div` in it) then it correctly finds the string for translation.


On Fedora 30:
$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/xgettext
gettext-0.19.8.1-22.fc30.x86_64
