[Bug-gcal] [patch] convert THANKS to UTF-8

Hi,

Attached patch puts some of the proper diacritics onto the names
in the THANKS file, thus converting it to UTF-8.  The patch doesn't
change any email addresses as they serve more as identifiers than
as ways to reach the named person.

By the way, the patch file 0001-Name-of-swiss... has mistakenly
been committed to the repo.
