[bug-gawk] Tiny bug in the documentation

Hi!

I'm not sure if this is the correct place for a doc issue, but I wasn't able to find anywhere else.

I've reading the current gawk's documentation at https://www.gnu.org/software/gawk/manual/gawk.html.

I've found that a minus sign could have been missing in section 6.2.4 Increment and Decrement Operators,

just at the end of the third paragraph: where it says
But the difference is minute as long as you stick to numbers that are fairly small (less than 10^12).,

should it be less than 10^-12?
