Problem Description:
In a nightly batch script, I am using the find command (find . -name "*.csv")
which needs to find all csv files. Unfortunate there are a few files with
characters like äöü (German Umlaut). The find command does not return these
as a result. With LANG=C these files are returned. IMO the command used with
the * must return these filenames independent of the LANG setting.

./test.csv

./test.csv
./?1.csv
/opt/home/tsteinel/problem
