Yes, I think it's a conversion from the more static pages GNU used to
maintain with the same information.
1(a) is done now. 1(b) is still needed (Leslie made a start but this
needs more work, I think). 3(a) is done, though the current
implementation isn't very efficient. All the other items still need
to be done, including the one you mention:

I guess "tests" is a little ambiguous. The regression test suite
does not test -mtime and friends, but it should.
