Before, unless the patch is an urgent one.
There should be some limit, say one week, after which the patch is applied
if no one has objected.
As a side note, I'd appreciate a separate list for Savannah bug tracker
messages. At the moment, I'd like to follow development discussion for
findutils, but am not interested in the bug tracker messages.
