Details:
After upgrading findutils in Cygwin, I noticed that the -printf time format
of %TS is printing 2 digit seconds followed by a decimal and ten more digits
(04.5471792000 instead of 04). This actually broke some of my scripts since
it was unexpected. I know that find 4.3.2 works as expected.
