Follow-up Comment #1:

Applied, thanks.   The change will go out in the next 4.2.x release and the
first 4.3.x release (whenever that is).

However, I don't have an explicit policy of British spelling for the
document, that's just the way I spell words.  I didn't really plan to
standardise on UK spelling.  However, the typos did need to be corrected.  

I've applied the change to the rel-4-2-fixes branch (i.e. not the version you
got from CVS) but the versions are similar enough that the patch applied
cleanly anyway (with an offset of 41 lines).

You're getting to be a regular contributor, which is great.  Next time, could
you include a ChangeLog entry with your patch?  Put what you like in it from a
wording point of view, but you can use the previous entries in the ChangeLog
as a style guide.
