I've imported Jay's key from his message to this list into gnupg and
could upload (-send-keys) it to subkeys.pgp.net yesterday without
problems. It is there now
<http://keyserver.noreply.org/pks/lookup?search=0x13141C36&fingerprint=on&op=index>
    cu and- subkeys seems to be only keyserver-network that is not
       completely broken anyway -reas
