Quite possibly. Are you using the DJGPP ports of the GNU tools? If so, you may
need to redownload some packages.

DJGPP 2.03 has been fixed to support Windows 2000 and XP better, but some
packages may not have been rebuilt with DJGPP 2.03 refresh 2. (Refresh 2 is
the latest release of DJGPP 2.03.)
