I've observed that '/bin/ls' uses strcmp(3) for sorting filenames when,
IMHO, it should use strcoll(3), thus getting locale dependent collation.
Also, I think hardcoding the americans style, strftime format string in
'ls -l' is not susch a good idea. Perhaps ISO-8601 format is better?
