Follow-up Comment #1:

I'm not sure at this stage whether the issue is to do with websvn or with
enscript's output.  Presumably some tag isn't being escaped properly?

To resolve this bug, someone(!) needs to set up websvn with Enscript
highlighting, find some code which reproduces the problem, and then
investigate why it happens.
