[bug-enscript] [PATCH] New option `--swap-even-top-bottom-page-margins'

Hello Enscript folks,

The attached patch adds a new option
`--swap-even-top-bottom-page-margins' to swap top and bottom side page
marginals for even numbered pages.

This is in addition to the already existing support for doing this
with the left and right page margins.

I find it useful to be able to swap top/bottom margins on even pages
when doing duplex printing with short edge binding, where the pages
are supposed to be read like a notepad (also called "tumble").

The only thing I'm worried about is the very long option name, but I
couldn't think of a more suitable option name.

The patch is against GNU Enscript git from today.
