[bug-enscript] the PO files are ancient

Hello Tim,

Browsing around the Translation Project (http://translationproject.org/) and
going to the GNU site of enscript, it appears that there is a much newer
version of enscript available than the TP knows about.  Please announce
every release of your package also to <address@hidden>,
so that translations can be updated and you can pull in these newer PO files
for the next release.  On how to automate this latter task, see the bootstrap
script in a recent coreutils (search for "Get translations").
