Sure. As you can see in line 190 of the ChangeLog, in version 1.5 I 
mistakenly changed the copyright holder from Andrew Moore to the FSF. In 
versions 1.6 and 1.11 I tried to fix my mistake, but I forgot to restore the 
original COPYING, which I have done now in 1.18. I hope everything is right now.
