I am Bankole Jacobs, a top Central Bank of Nigeria
official in the Audit Department. My colleagues has 
mandated me to make my choice of an oversea partner into 
whose account the sum of US$30.5 million will be 
transferred and use for business transaction in his or her 
country. This sum resulted from unclaimed contract bills 
which have overstayed without claim by the foreign 
contractors whose information was used to approve. From 
our auditing, we discovered that this is an overinvoiced 
contract amount by top Nigerian National Petroleum 
Corporation NNPC.

used for the claim of the fund as my closest associates are
looking for a foreign partner in order to divert this funds
for the mutual business transaction. If you are interested
