[Bug-ddrescue] ETA in ddrescue

Hey,

I needed to clone some partitions, and I ended up using your great piece 
of software.
The only thing I was missing was some ETA info in the stat screen.

I coded up a simple patch that does that. I'm sending it in case you 
wanted to possibly add it to the program.
(Sorry about some of those accidental whitespace changes -- vim is to 
blame for that)
