After 3 days without recovering a single byte, I think not.
But did you try to put the disk in the freezer?
And subsidiary question : what can I do ? Do I have to resume ddrescue process ?
I guess you can try the freezer trick (just google for 'ddrescue
freezer'), and then start ddrescue with an empty logfile.
