Hello,
in order to ease the integration of ddrescue into the OpenEmbedded
distribution, I converted ddrescue to use autoconf and automake.
Feel free to apply.
I tried to convert your custom make rules, but I left out the rules to
create static binaries or binaries for profiling, because these targets
can be controlled by adjusting CXXFLAGS and LDFLAGS.
