Sirs (men & women): Enclosed you will find four files summarizing my attempt to compile ddd-3.3.1 using gcc-3.2. The attached files are: (1) messages ==> (from /var/log/messages) to fully describe my computer (2) computer ==> outlining the hardware of my computer (3) configure ==> output of running ( ./comfigure ) in ddd-3.3.1 directory (4) make ==> output from running ( make ) in ddd-3.3.1 directory To summarize, my compuyter has the following software... Mandrake Linux Version 9.0 3.2-1mdk including: Linux kernel version 2.4.19-16mdk including: gcc version 3.2 lesstif-0.93.36 Xlt-9.2.9 xpm-3.4k I think that some of the C++ code is using "deprecated" commands, functions, etc. which gcc-3.2 doesn't like. Can you identify the source of the errors that I am getting while trying to compile ddd? Frank C.
