Re: newbie question CVS on Solaris

Thanks for the clarification on the cvs executable.

However, I've already killed and restarted the inetd
several times. That's why I followed the advice from
another post and just put echo hello as the executable
that was called.

>From the local system when I do a 
"telnet hostname 2401" I get the following response:
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection
refused

There should not be any firewall issue.

Any further advice would be appreciated.
