Suggest patches to cvs 1.11.22 for OpenVMS 7.3-2

All,

My attempt to compile cvs 1.11.22 on OpenVMS 7.3-2 failed.  After working 
through the issues I would like to suggest the following patches.  I have 
expressed them here with the output of the OpenVMS diff command.

PATCH #1.1: -- note about fnmatch.h
$ diff readme.vms

   31   Before you attempt to compile 1.11.22 or later you will need make
   32   a copy of [.LIB]FNMATCH_H.IN as [.LIB]FNMATCH.H
