Need rdiff -p option

(This used to be issue #176 on ccvs.cvshome.org)

cvs rdiff supports the -u option (unified diff) like the unix diff 
utility, but not the -p option (to show which function each change is in)

Please add the -p option to the rdiff command (or imply -p when -u is used)
