The bug-cvs@gnu.org mailing list blocks
attachments, so your message was not very
complete. If you need to attach something
important, you might want to open a cvshome.org
issue for it or uuencode it and include it inline
in the body of your message to bug-cvs.
You will probably also want to provide your
environment locale as it relates to character sets
(ie, the LC_* like LC_ALL, LC_CTYPE, LC_COLLATE).
To be honest, CVSNT has a better handling of UTF8
characters than CVS does, so you may wish to
consider if CVSNT will work better for you.
