Stable CVS Version 1.11.18 Released!

Stable CVS 1.11.18 has been released.  Stable releases contain only
bug fixes from previous versions of CVS.  This version fixes quite a
few serious, if fairly rare, bugs in both the CVS client and server
executables and includes (we hope) a final fix for the infamous "Red
File" bug on Windows.  We recommend this upgrade for all CVS clients
and servers!
