The reason that I added the "NewFiles" part is that if you import over
an existing file without changes (i.e., default branch is the vendor
branch), the newly-imported rev *will* show up on the trunk.
Anyway, I'll wait a few days for more comments, i guess, then regen w/
"ImportToVendorBranchOnly" unless people scream for something else.
