Yes, I had considered that, and I decided that I preferred `cvs ls' to
look and behave more like the UNIX `ls' command rather than the other
CVS commands here since I assumed that the more common usage would be
to want to know what files were available locally, a la the UNIX ls.

Recursive output is still available, but I think that this provides
much more information than a casual user of `cvs ls' will want,
particularly on a large project.
