I've imported the latest getdate.y from GNULIB on feature. Please try
it out. If it still doesn't do what you were looking for, you'll have
to convince the GNULIB folks that your change is necessary
(<mailto:bug-gnulib@gnu.org>). They maintain getdate.y. If you can
convince them, let me know after they commit the change you want to
see to GNULIB and I will reimport getdate.y from them to CVS.
