VC6 build files: .cvsignore

Hi Derek,

If upgrading build files to VC6 occurs then
.cvsignore will benefit with a .dep entry
for every .dsp file.

VC6 "Export Makefile..." emits a .dep .mak
pair for every .dsp file.

I assume VC5 doesn't emit a .dep file.
